The Hilux Surf's 1KZ-TE engine is well known for running hot — especially when towing, on long climbs, or as it ages. This kit packages the four parts our customers most often fit together to bring cooling back to healthy. The 10-blade fan moves far more air than a tired factory unit, fresh viscous fan-hub oil restores proper fan-clutch engagement, a new OEM thermostat keeps coolant flowing at the right temperature, and the EGR pipe delete kit cuts intake heat and carbon build-up. Choose your engine's thermostat (and whether to add a new O-ring gasket) at checkout. Stock updates live from the individual parts.
