Refund policy

For all items, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
If you have ordered the incorrect part, and would like an exchange, the product should be in an unused condition with the packaging intact. In these cases, the customer will be liable to any extra freight costs incurred.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customised and Manufactured Products
Unfortunately we have a no returns policy for all customised products ordered due to the custom nature of the product. As such, please be careful when choosing the spelling etc, and if you are unsure please contact us. This also includes all products that are manufactured or fabricated upon ordering, such as Coastal Offroad & Rugged Valley products.
