Terms and Conditions: Surf Syndicate Monthly Giveaway

 

1. The Promoter and Campaign Period

 

1.1. The promoter is Surf Syndicate of 31 Rama Road, Point Chevalier, Auckland, New Zealand (the "Promoter"). 1.2. This giveaway is titled the "Surf Syndicate Monthly Giveaway - November" (the "Giveaway"). 1.3. The Giveaway begins on 1st November at 12:01 AM New Zealand Time and ends on November 30th at 11:59 PM New Zealand Time (the "Campaign Period"). 1.4. Entries received outside of the Campaign Period will be void.

 

2. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

 

2.1. The Giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and Japan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 2.2. Employees of Surf Syndicate, their immediate family members, and any agents or third parties directly associated with the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter. 2.3. To enter the Giveaway, entrants must successfully subscribe to the Surf Syndicate email list during the Campaign Period. Only one entry per person is permitted. 2.4. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified, and entries generated by scripts, macro, or other automated means are void.

 

3. The Prize

 

3.1. The prize is One (1) Set of Armrest Cup Holders (the "Prize"). 3.2. Shipping: The Prize includes free shipping only to a winner residing in New Zealand. A winner residing in any other eligible country (Australia, USA, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Japan) will be required to pay the shipping fee for the item. The estimated shipping cost will be communicated to the winner before dispatch. 3.3. The Prize is as stated and is not exchangeable for cash or voucher. It is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 3.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make it necessary to do so.

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification

 

4.1. The winner will be selected at random by a computer-generated process from all valid entries received during the Campaign Period. 4.2. The draw will take place after the 30th of November. 4.3. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw date. 4.4. The winner must respond to the notification and claim their Prize within 7 days of the notification date. If the winner fails to respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize entitlement and select an alternative winner using the same random process. 4.5. The winner's name (or social media handle) will be announced on the Surf Syndicate Instagram story and the Surf Syndicate Facebook group within 48 hours of the winner being drawn.

 

5. Privacy and Data Usage

 

5.1. By entering this Giveaway, all entrants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and for direct marketing purposes. Entrants are opting in to receive email marketing communications from Surf Syndicate. 5.2. Personal data related to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://www.surfsyndicate.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy. 5.3. Entrants may unsubscribe from the email marketing list at any time, but doing so before the draw date may void their entry if the entry requirement is an active subscription.

 

6. General Conditions

 

6.1. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 6.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these T&Cs without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. 6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these T&Cs, tamper with the entry process, or act in a disruptive manner. 6.4. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Step 1

UNDO BOLTS

Loosen Nuts on the underside of the mounting bracket so they slide in the 3 slots.

Step 2

ADJUST MOUNTING PLATE

Slide bracket outwards to full extension.

Step 3

TEST FIT ARMREST

Mount Armrest onto the top of the door card. The bracket should slot into the space between the window and the doorcard. Then slide to desired position.

Step 4

Tighten Nuts

Tighten nuts for a secure fit.

Step 6

INSTALL BADGES

The “SURF” Badges can be found inside the cup holder under the silicon sleeve. Remove the backing tape and install on both sides in the recessed slot, or leave off for a more minimal look.
